Refund policy

Before work starts
You may cancel an accepted, paid project before work begins for a full refund. Email cuiweifly@gmail.com with the project reference.
After work starts
Contact us promptly if the agreed work does not meet the written scope. We will first offer a correction. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we will refund the undelivered portion, or the full payment if no usable deliverable has been provided. Any partial refund is agreed in writing.
How refunds are handled
Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Mandatory consumer rights and the payment provider’s dispute process still apply.
