Will the free tools become paid?
All features listed in the free plan are currently available without payment. Requesting a pilot is optional.
Do I need to send you my customer data?
No. Start with column names and a synthetic example. Comparisons in the free tools run locally. Any data sharing for a paid project must be separately agreed; do not email sensitive records in your initial request.
What happens after I request a pilot?
We review your task, agree on scope, price and timing, and send payment instructions if the project is accepted. Work begins only after your approval and confirmed payment.
